AWS Activate is a global program, and US startups are fully eligible. Through ROSTAN Technologies — an AWS Activate Provider — qualifying US startups can access the Portfolio tier of AWS Activate, worth up to $200,000 in credits, rather than the smaller self-apply Founders tier.
