Trusted Digital Transformation Partner
Tax administrations worldwide are rapidly mandating e-invoicing — requiring businesses to submit structured, digitally-signed invoices to government portals in real time, before a transaction is recognized. ROSTAN's Global E-Invoicing Solution is a cloud-based, API-first platform that makes your business compliant across India (GST/IRP), UAE (FTA), Saudi Arabia (ZATCA/Fatoorah), Malaysia (MyInvois/LHDN), and the EU (Peppol/EN16931) from a single integration point.
Unlike point solutions that cover only one jurisdiction, ROSTAN's multi-country routing engine applies the correct tax schema, digital signature, clearance model, and submission protocol for each country automatically. Your ERP team integrates once; compliance across every market is handled behind the scenes — with real-time dashboards, IRN/QR code write-back, and audit-ready storage included.
Everything your compliance team needs — built into one platform
Designed for enterprise scale — from single-country compliance to global deployment
India GSTN · UAE FTA · Saudi ZATCA · Malaysia LHDN · EU Peppol — one platform, all jurisdictions, zero re-integration.
Purpose-built connectors for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud — real-time IRN generation on invoice approval with automatic write-back.
150+ smart data-quality checks, mandatory-field validation, and tax-logic rules applied before submission — preventing IRN errors at source.
Compliance dashboards, anomaly detection alerts, ITC reconciliation, and tamper-proof audit logs with 7-year encrypted storage.
ROSTAN's intelligent workflow engine ingests invoice data from any source system, validates it against jurisdiction-specific schemas, routes it to the correct national tax authority portal, obtains the IRN and digital signature, then writes the compliant invoice back to your ERP — all in under 3 seconds per invoice. The same pipeline supports India's IRP/GSTN, Saudi Arabia's ZATCA clearance model, UAE's FTA, Malaysia's MyInvois, and European Peppol — without changing your ERP setup.
As of 2024, e-invoicing is mandatory for all B2B taxpayers with annual aggregate turnover of Rs. 5 crore or more. The mandate rolled out progressively: Rs. 500 Cr+ (Oct 2020), Rs. 100 Cr+ (Jan 2021), Rs. 50 Cr+ (Apr 2021), Rs. 20 Cr+ (Apr 2022), Rs. 10 Cr+ (Oct 2022), Rs. 5 Cr+ (Aug 2023). Further expansion to smaller taxpayers is expected. Exporters and SEZ units are also covered. B2C, banking, insurance, and passenger transport entities are currently exempt.
ROSTAN supports five major jurisdictions:
Additional coverage (Turkey, Egypt, Vietnam, Indonesia) is on the 2025 roadmap.
For standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Tally), implementation takes 2-4 weeks using pre-built connectors - no custom development required. For custom ERP systems via REST API, your team sends a JSON payload; ROSTAN returns the IRN, signed XML, and QR code. API documentation with Postman collections and sandbox credentials is provided from Day 1. Typical IT effort is 3-5 developer days. ROSTAN assigns a dedicated implementation engineer throughout onboarding.
ROSTAN maintains simultaneous connections to multiple GSPs and all active IRPs in failover mode. If one portal is unavailable, requests are automatically re-routed with no action from your team. During total downtime (e.g., maintenance windows), ROSTAN queues invoices and submits them automatically on restoration. The platform maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA with real-time alerts via webhook, email, and SMS.
