Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 is supported under Oracle Premier Support through at least 2037, and Oracle states it will “annually review whether to extend the Premier Support offering for an additional year.” In practice Oracle has extended this date every year since it introduced the Continuous Innovation model in June 2018. If someone is telling you that EBS is end-of-life and you must migrate immediately, they are selling you something. ROSTAN supports EBS as a first-class platform — patching, performance, customisation and integration — and moves you to Fusion Cloud only where the business case is real.

Oracle — E-Business Suite SupportOracle's position is explicit: “remain on-premises or move to the cloud with the same applications and your customizations — your choice, your schedule. No forced migrations. No surprises.”
Oracle — E-Business Suite SupportOracle's Fusion Cloud ERP revenue reached $1.1 billion in Q3 FY2026, up 17%. Adoption is real. It still does not shorten your EBS support window.
Oracle Q3 FY2026 resultsL1/L2/L3 support for EBS production estates. Incident response, month-end and year-end close support, patch cycles, and 24×7 monitoring.
Most EBS performance problems do not start inside EBS. We tune the whole stack — SQL and materialized views, SGA and PGA sizing, Linux ulimits and kernel parameters, storage and network.
Upgrade from 11i or R12.1 to 12.2, the Continuous Innovation release that carries the 2037 Premier Support commitment. Online patching (ADOP) enablement included.
Reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and workflows. Built so they survive the next patch rather than breaking on it.
GST e-invoicing for India, ZATCA for Saudi Arabia, and e-invoicing mandates across UAE, Malaysia and Bahrain — integrated directly into EBS AR.
When the business case is real, we move you — module by module, with a coexistence period rather than a big-bang cutover.
We will tell you what is worth moving, what is worth leaving, and what is worth fixing where it stands. If the answer is “stay on EBS”, we will say so.
