In short

ROSTAN Technologies is an Oracle Gold Partner supporting live Oracle ERP estates for organisations in Saudi Arabia. Our Application Managed Services cover everything a running Oracle system needs after go-live: incident resolution, month-end and year-end close support, ZATCA and tax compliance changes, patching, performance tuning, Oracle DBA work and small enhancements, against an agreed SLA.

Support is delivered by our Oracle practice in India, aligned to Arabia Standard Time (GMT+3) and — critically — to the Saudi working week. Our desk covers Sunday through Thursday for Saudi clients, so Sunday is a working day for your support team, not a weekend.

Local reality

What Saudi Oracle estates actually need from support

A Sunday-to-Thursday desk

The Saudi working week runs Sunday to Thursday, with the weekend on Friday and Saturday. A support desk running a Monday-to-Friday calendar loses you Sunday every week and gives you cover on Saturday, when nobody is working. Ours follows your week.

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing

Fatoora integration, invoice clearance and reporting, QR and cryptographic stamp handling, and the Oracle Receivables data quality that determines whether an invoice clears at all. Rejections are usually a master-data problem, not a portal problem.

Arabia Standard Time coverage

AST is GMT+3 and India is GMT+5:30 — a 2.5-hour difference. Your morning is our late morning, so escalations are handled inside your working day rather than queued for the next one.

Zakat, VAT and statutory reporting

Zakat and VAT obligations have to be reflected in Oracle tax setup and period control, and reconciled before filing. This is close-calendar work, and it is where support pressure concentrates each period.

The same support model, run to your calendar

Saudi clients get the same L1, L2 and L3 model, the same module coverage and the same operating discipline described on our main Oracle Application Managed Services page — root-cause tracking rather than "issue resolved", problem management for repeat tickets, and monthly service reporting you can audit.

That page also publishes the real workload breakdown from our own service desk: 6,245 Oracle tickets across 11 enterprise environments over 27 months, and what they were actually about.
