Cost Optimization
A standalone engagement — we do not need to have built your infrastructure to reduce what you pay for it. We audit your bill against actual usage: instance right-sizing, Reserved Instance and Savings Plan coverage, orphaned EBS volumes and idle Elastic IPs, S3 storage-class placement, and Compute Optimizer recommendations you have not actioned. Right-sizing and Spot/Savings Plan strategy alone typically cuts compute spend by up to 70% on workloads that were never resized after their first deployment.

Managed Services
Day-to-day operations on infrastructure that already runs — you do not need to migrate anything to bring us in. Our cloud operations team handles monitoring, incident response, patching, backup and disaster recovery, and security posture, so your own engineers stay focused on product rather than firefighting 2am alerts.

DevOps
Where Managed Services keeps existing infrastructure running, DevOps changes how new releases get to it. We build CI/CD pipelines, codify infrastructure so environments are reproducible rather than hand-configured, and set up containerised deployment workflows with staged rollout strategies — so a release is a pipeline run, not a maintenance window.

Infra Sizing
Distinct from Cost Optimization: this is about whether your infrastructure fits your workload, not just what it costs. We run AWS Well-Architected Framework reviews, model expected peak load against instance and database capacity, and set autoscaling thresholds before a launch — not after an outage teaches you where the ceiling was.

Development
We also build on AWS, not only operate it.
